Events & Location Information
When you use BeApp’s Events features, we process the information needed to show you relevant events near you and to let you host or attend them — for example your approximate location, the events you view, create, RSVP to, or attend, and any messages you send in connection with an event. If you join or host an event, the host and other attendees may see limited profile information about you, such as your name, photo, and the fact that you are attending.
Events usually involve meeting other people in person. Please also read the “Events, Meetups & Assumption of Risk” section of our Terms of Service: attending events and meeting other users is done at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety. Only share as much personal information as you are comfortable sharing.
